  • If the buyer defaults on his payment, a penalty of 4% per month shall be imposed on the amount due. If he is unable to pay any amount or installment, then the Contract to Sell will be rescinded.

6 MONTHS PLAN

  • Reservation fee of Php 20,000.00
  • The Equity (30% of TCP) is payable in six (6) equal monthly installments without interest.
  • The Balance (70% of TCP) is payable through a real estate loan with banks, Pag-Ibig/HDMF, Provident Fund or any third-party financing acceptable with HRPDC or In-House financing of 1 to 5 years with a 16% straight per annum interest.
