MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

A Club officer or a bona fide member of the Club endorses membership applications. Qualified applicants are those 21 years old or above who have received an invitation to join. Acceptance to the Club is subject by approval of the Membership Acceptance Board. Active members are encouraged to sponsor their associates and friends to become Club members.

KINDS OF MEMBERSHIP

INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP
Individual membership is available to individuals and their spouses, as well as to their children below 21 years of age.

They are entitled to use the facilities and services of the Club and the Club network upon compliance with the memberships terms and conditions.

CORPORATE MEMBERSHIP
A corporate member may nominate up to three (3) individuals (corporate nominees) who are at least 21 years of age. Corporate nominees, their spouses and all their children below 21 years old are entitled to use the facilities and services of the Club and the Club network upon compliance with the membership terms and conditions.

CLUB ULTIMA NETWORK PRIVILEGES

All active members will be entitled to membership privileges at all of the existing and upcoming Club Ultima locations: Club Ultima Mactan, Club Ultima Baguio, Club Ultima Manila, Club Ultima Makati, Club Ultima Batangas, Club Ultima Iloilo, Club Ultima Bacolod, Club Ultima Cagayan de Oro, Club Ultima Davao.

MEMBERSHIP ADVANTAGES

Club Ultima members are entitled to free hotel room accommodation under the following conditions:

• Lifetime no-expiry transferable privilege.

• For Individual A membership, one (I) room night is earned upon full payment
of the annual dues.

• For Individual B membership, one (II) room night is earned upon payment of one
(1) month's dues or twelve (12) room night earned upon advanced payment of full
annual dues.

• For Corporate A membership, one ( 1) room night is earned upon full payment
of one nominee's annual dues.

• For Corporate B membership, one (I) room night is earned upon payment of a
nominee's two (2) months’ dues: or six (6) room nights are earned upon
advanced payment of one nominee's full annual dues.

• Accommodation entitlement is subject to the availability of rooms. Walk- in
members honored.

• This privilege is honored in all Club Ultima destinations, Executive Villas
at Crown Regency Suites and Villas Mactan and Crown Regency Hotels.

• Upgrade to membership in international timeshare exchange is possible.
