PRODUCT:

- Investors will purchase company stock share in Boracay Multiple Properties Developers, Inc. Preferred stock share/s is equivalent to one (1) numbered condotel unit.
- Unit are designed on a 33.5 to 34.5 or 41.5 sq.m. equivalent to one (1) stock share. 57.5 to 59 sqm. with loft which is equivalent to two (2) stock share.
- Units are all fully furnished with kitchen, TV and standard hotel amenities and will be under condotel operations for ten (10) years and renewable every tenth (10th) year.

- Sales and Purchase Agreement:
The condo-hotel Sales and Purchase Agreement for Crown Regency Hotel & Convention Center is binding and irrevocable upon signing and has no cooling off period. A reservation deposit of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 100,000) is made upon signing, the balance of which is payable within thirty (30) days. Cash payments are also given thirty (30) days grace period. Likewise, failure to meet final payment at the time specified in the Sales and Purchase Agreement will result to the forfeiture of the deposit made.

Q. WHO WILL OPERATE THE CONDOTEL UPON COMMERCIALIZATION?
A. Condotel will be managed by the Crown Regency Hotel Chain.
Q. ARE THERE OTHER EXPENSES TO BE PAID BY THE UNIT OWNER UPON ENROLLMENT IN THE CONDOTEL OPERATIONS?
A. A joining fee is required to be paid by the unit owners upon enrollment to condotel operations. The joining fee will be determined later by the operator. Unit owner will still have to pay for other amenities and other services
Q. HOW DOES THE CONDOTEL OPERATE?
A. The condotel will generally operate like a resort hotel. Individual owners may use their condotel units for 45 days every year if their unit is enrolled under rental pooling. If the usage will exceed 45 days, they will have to pay the member's rate (30% discount from regular rate).
Q. ARE THERE ASSOCIATION DUES FOR THE UNIT OWNERS WHO ENROLLED IN CONDOTEL OPERATIONS/
A. There are NO association dues for units enrolled under cndotel operations.
Q. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PERIOD OF THE CONDOTEL ENROLMENT
A. Upon turnover of your unit, the unit owner will enrol their unit/s with the operator for a period of (10) years and will be renewable every ten (10) years.
Q.WHAT IF THE UNIT OWNER WAS NOT ABLE TO USE THE 45-DAY BENEFIT?
A. The 45-day benefit has an expiry of one-year. The 45-day free stay can be converted to Free stay privilege certificates at any of the Crown Regency hotel chain of properties & other off-site facilities with no expiry period on a one to one room night value. He can also enroll it at Interval International or sell it to his friends.
Q. WHO WILL SHOULDER THE REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
A. Minor and Major repairs will be pooled from the Condotel operations. A room check is routinely made before and after a unit is occupied. Any loss or damage of property will be charged to the person concern. Renovations and refurbishments will be subject to the operator's discretion. Similarly overhead cost will be pooled from the condotel operations. Common areas are those that are outside the condotel units and belong to the condotel governance, fees for maintenance of these common areas will also be pooled from the condotel investors' dividends in equal proportions.
Q. HOW DOES THE CONDOTEL OPERATION DIFFER FROM TIMESHARES?
A. In timeshare, you only exercise a right to use the property for a certain period of time. When you own a unit in Boracay Multiple Properties Developers, Inc.(BMPDI), you own a share in the company wherein your share is represented by a specific numbered unit. Your ownership of a share evidenced by a stock certificate makes you a unit owner and a shareholder of BMPDI.
