Payment Terms:

CASH "A" PLAN

• Reservation fee of Php 20,000.00
• Total Contract Price is fully paid w/in 30 days from reservation
• Discount of 5% on the TCP

CASH "B" PLAN

• Reservation fee of Php 20,000.00
• Equity (30% of TCP) shall be paid in three (3) equal monthly installments.
• The Balance (70% of TCP) shall be paid in six (6) equal monthly installments.
• Free of interest charges.

CASH "C" PLAN

• Equity (30% of TCP) is fully paid upon reservation
• Discout of 3% on the equity
• The Balance (70% of TCP) shall be paid in nine (9) equal monthly installments.
• Free of interest charges.

CASH "D" PLAN

• Reservation fee of Php 20,000.00
• Equity (30% of TCP) is payable w/in 30 days from the date of reservation.
• Discount of 2.5% on the equity
• The Balance (70% of TCP) shall be paid in eight (8) equal monthly installments.
• Free of interest charges.

EXTENDED DOWNPAYMENT PLAN (EDP)

• Reservation fee of Php 20,000.00
• Equity (30% of TCP) is divided into 2 payment terms.
• The 30% of equity is payable w/in 30 days from reservation date.
• First half or 15% of equity - 15 days from the date of reservation date.
• Second half or 30% of equity is payable in 1 year (12 equal monthly installments) with a 16% straight interest per annum.
• The balance (70% of TCP) is payable  through a real estate loan with banks. Pag-Ibig/HDMF, Provident Fund or any third-party financing acceptable with HRPDC.
• If the buyer defaults on his payment, a penalty of 4% per month shall be imposed on the amount due. If he is unable to pay any amount or installment, then the Contract to Sell will be rescinded.

6 MONTHS PLAN

• Reservation fee of Php 20,000.00
• The Equity (30% of TCP) is payable in six (6) equal monthly installments without interest.
• The Balance (70% of TCP) is payable through a real estate loan with banks, Pag-Ibig/HDMF, Provident Fund or any third-party financing acceptable with HRPDC or In-House financing of 1 to 5 years with a 16% straight per annum interest.
• If the buyer defaults on his payment, a penalty of 4% per month shall be imposed on the amount due. If he is unable to pay any amount or installment, then the Contract to Sell will be rescinded.
