If the agents wish to avail more listings, that would be possible and the rate would be :
Php10,000 for 120 properties
Php 15,000 for 240 properties
Php20,000 (Unlimited Properties)
Renewal thereafter shall be 3 weeks before the minimum subscription of one year ends.
